Platform Enhancement with Modern Interface
Over 60% of the users abandon the sign-up process midway due to complexity or limited options. Air Medical Care Network (AMCN), a trusted name in emergency medical transport, recognized this barrier to user retention and market growth. A major challenge was how the system managed user enrollment data, as customer volume increased, this became a clear block. This is when AMCN decided to partner with Folio3 Digital Health to expand its product offerings, as the limited number of plans on its website was causing the company to lose ground to its competitors.
Folio3 Digital Health led a full web platform restructuring; the solution included the expansion from 2 to 7 membership plan offerings, as well as a complete UX optimization to support a smooth customer journey. On the backend, the team implemented multi-gateway payment integration, a security and authentication layer, and robust custom business logic development to manage complex workflows. A streamlined payment system integration ensured scalability, resolving enrollment and offering limitations.
We redesigned AMCN’s website to support both individual consumers and enterprise clients more effectively. Plan Expansion with Dynamic Configuration
Previously limited to just two membership plans, the platform now offers multiple distinct plans. This expansion is supported by a flexible backend configuration, enabling AMCN to customize offerings based on individual needs and market trends. It furthermore opened up new opportunities for targeted upselling and customer segmentation.
Integrated Payment Gateway
To simplify the subscription process and reduce user drop-off, we integrated multiple secure payment options, including Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.Net. Users can now select their preferred payment method, which has enhanced checkout convenience and increased conversion rates.
Security Enhancements
Sturdy security measures were implemented, including role-based authentication, session management, and data encryption. These features protect sensitive user information throughout the enrollment and account management processes.
